What happens to my child's IEP file?+
Your IEP is stored encrypted at rest and is never used to train AI models or shared with any third party.
Do you work with schools?+
We work for parents. Schools do not have access to your Beacon account or the documents you upload.
What does the free plan include?+
1 child, 1 IEP upload, Health Score numbers, 5 Grace AI messages per day, and full access to all articles, tools, and downloads.
What's the difference between Advocate and Family?+
Advocate adds unlimited uploads, full Explain-My-IEP cards, unlimited Grace AI, deadline reminders, and the Timeline view. Family adds multiple children, co-parent sharing, compliance PDFs, and the Weekly Parent Report.
Is there a Founding 500 rate?+

Does Beacons IEP work outside the U.S.?+
The IEP framework is U.S.-specific. Some of the parent-rights content (like IDEA references) is U.S. law. Grace, our AI companion, will adapt where she can.
